Stratacel is an advanced transparent, semi-occlusive wound dressing that is used to repair damaged or compromised skin following fractional rejuvenation procedures, such as dermal abrasion, laser resurfacing, and chemical peels. It is a self-drying, non-sticky, and transparent gel formulation that lightly bonds to the most superficial damaged skin. Stratacel was developed with a lower viscosity which makes it easier to spread and remove. It adheres gently to existing epidermis, making it the ideal post-procedure dressing for fractional skin injuries.
